1. Appearance damage of goods:

Photos/videos showing any damage to the product (E.G. breakage, depression) can be identified

Photos/videos of the internal and external packing of the package


2. Some functions of the product cannot be used:

Photos/videos of abnormal functions that cannot be used properly (for example, the battery is placed, the power supply is connected, the electronic product still cannot be used, etc.


3. Missing parts:

Photos/videos of the quantity of packages received can clearly show the missing parts

Proof of shipping documents contained in the package

The total weight actually measured wrapped on the weighing machine can also be provided


4. I received the wrong item:

Received package, photos/videos of actual goods

Screen shot of products purchased from the seller's store in the App

If the size/weight of the item is incorrect, please use the measuring tool to measure the difference in the photo


5. Buying fake goods:

Receivd package, photos/videos of actual goods

Document photos attached to package and commodity appearance

Screenshots/official website/other documents (such as product serial number, brand name, official website picture, etc.)
